For teens, Kung Fu reinforces of the importance of goal setting and achievement.  Kung Fu is an excellent way to improve athletic ability, discipline, focus, confidence, and self esteem.


Teens learn respect for one's self and others.  They develop a sense of health through the importance of exercise, rest, good nutrition and avoidance of drugs as necessary behaviors to excel in their martial art training.
